Shipping policy

Welcome to Rare N Magical. We are dedicated to delivering our curated apparel and accessories to our customers worldwide as efficiently as possible. Below you will find the details of our shipping operations, timelines, and fees.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and regional public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has officially shipped.

Note: Because we conduct thorough quality checks on all clothing and jewelry pieces before packing, some orders during peak seasons may take the full processing window to dispatch.

2. Shipping Destinations, Rates, and Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship primarily to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, and Australia. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee to keep things simple for our customers.

*Please note that these estimated delivery times do not include our standard 3-5 business days processing time.

3. Shipment Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the logistics network.

You can track your package seamlessly via our tracking partners or natively through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Rare N Magical is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For our US customers, orders under $800 USD are generally exempt from import duties under current de minimis laws.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you have received your order damaged, or if the tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at support@rarenmagical.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
