Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Rare N Magical. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, we are here to help.
1. Return Window and Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date your package was delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all retail tags still attached.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products such as bodysuits, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Shipping Fees
- For Quality Issues (Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item): If we made a mistake, Rare N Magical will bear all costs. We will provide a pre-paid return label or issue a full refund/replacement immediately.
- For Non-Quality Issues (Change of Mind/Size Issues): If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size selection, you are welcome to do so. However, the customer is entirely responsible for all international return shipping fees and any related customs duties. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not ship items back to the address listed on the original shipping label, as our fulfillment centers cannot process unauthorized returns. To start a return request:
- Email us at support@rarenmagical.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our support team will review the request and provide the authorized international return warehouse address and instructions within 2 business days.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
